We provide counselling, therapy and treatment programs for children and youth in need of support, along with assistance for families navigating related difficulties. Group insurance plans or government funding may cover some of our services.
Sparkling Seeds Child & Youth Therapy and Development Centre was founded in 2024 by Mandy Li Wen Fang, M.S.W., R.S.W., R.P. (ICEEFT certified EFCT, EFFT, and EFIT therapist, Supervisor Candidate) as an extension of Hopewoods Psychotherapy and Consulting Services to support the diverse needs of children, youth, and families.
As a couple and family therapist with a deep passion for helping people navigate the complexities of relationships, Mandy believes that at our core, we all long for connection—All Things Relational.
Mandy believes that healing takes place in relationships—with ourselves, with those we love, with the communities we care about, and with the society we build together. Mandy’s path into counselling was nonlinear; it was shaped by her own struggles, losses, and moments of profound transformation.

After establishing Hopewoods, client feedback illuminated the pressing need for specialized child wellness services catering to this unique population in our communities. Driven by a collective vision to revolutionize traditional child therapy, Mandy and her team recognized the need for a more comprehensive approach through interdisciplinary collaboration. Sparkling Seeds emerged as a beacon of hope for families navigating the complexities of finding unique services for their children and youth with mental, social, and emotional needs.
Although Sparkling Seeds is a newly established branch, it is supported by the extensive expertise and proven success of Hopewoods Psychotherapy and Consulting Services. With a team of highly skilled professionals from diverse backgrounds, we offer a comprehensive range of services under one roof. From licensed therapists and psychologists to behavior analysts and occupational therapists, we aim to deliver personalized care tailored to each child’s unique needs.
