Sparkling Seeds Child & Youth Therapy and Development Centre was founded in 2024 by Mandy Li Wen Fang, M.S.W., R.S.W., R.P. (ICEEFT certified EFCT, EFFT, and EFIT therapist, Supervisor Candidate) as an extension of Hopewoods Psychotherapy and Consulting Services to support the diverse needs of children, youth, and families.
