Carole has 10 years of experience working as a Youth Settlement Specialist in elementary schools and high schools where she provides support to newcomer youth and families in the areas of settlement, education system bridging, and cultural integration. As a Nobody’s Perfect Parenting Group trainer and facilitator, Carole delivers group sessions to parents and early childhood educators to foster healthy family relationships and strengthen positive parenting skills among parent groups. Carole’s coaching style is compassionate, goal-orientated, and client-focused.
