Agnes is a Registered Occupational Therapist and a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO). She completed her Master in Occupational Therapy at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and received her M.A. and PhD in Developmental Psychology and Education at the University of Toronto.

Agnes is experienced working with children with diverse needs in different settings, such as special child care centres, the schools and clinics in both Hong Kong and Canada. She is particularly experienced in running individual and group sessions for improving the pre-printing and printing skills, self-care skills, emotion regulation and sensory processing difficulties of children.

With her passion in professional development, Agnes currently is also a postdoctoral fellow in the psychiatry field who loves working on autism related projects and advancing frontline services using neuro affirmative approach. It is her lifelong goal to combine research and frontline experience to eventually help improve the well-being of the autistic children and adolescents, their caregivers, as well as the frontline practising practitioners. She believes that each child has unique strengths and abilities and can reach one’s best potential with appropriate tailored interventions. She is dedicated to providing supervision and overseeing the OT team at Sparkling Seeds.
