Kit is a dedicated Play Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over five years of experience providing therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults. With a person-centered approach, Kit is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where clients can explore and express their emotions, build self-esteem, and develop effective coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges.
Specializing in child-centered play therapy, Kit works with children facing a wide range of emotional and behavioural challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, difficulties with family transitions, as well as learning disabilities, ASD, ADHD, social adjustment issues, and selective mutism. Beyond working with children, Kit also supports adolescents and adults, particularly those dealing with life transitions, work-related stress, relationship concerns, and mental health struggles.

Kit believes that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for growth and healing. By offering warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental support, Kit helps clients feel heard and understood, fostering personal growth and empowering them to reach their full potential, facilitating meaningful and lasting change.
