Wendy has worked with children in various clinical settings, including when children and families present to the hospital due to behavioural outbursts and other medical concerns. She offers psychoeducation and emotional support, as well as facilitating child life activities to help children and families navigate challenging times.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and things don’t always go as planned. Whether you’re navigating major transitions, dealing with uncertainty, or feeling stressed by work or relationships, it’s normal to feel stuck. Maybe you’re looking for a listening ear, or you want to develop new ways to cope. Perhaps you’re simply hoping to understand yourself better.

Wendy offers a non-judgmental space where we can work together to explore your experiences, thoughts, and emotions. She will work with you to process what you’re going through and experiencing emotionally. Her aim is to support you in understanding, managing, and moving through life’s challenges with greater ease and self-awareness. Her practice is rooted in culturally responsive care and crisis intervention.
