Catherine has over 13 years of experience working with over 2,000 people of all ages, from all walks of life. She has worked with clients in communities, homes, nursing homes, retirement residences, group homes, hospitals, schools, swimming pools, and in their own homes.

As a Behaviour Analyst and Psychotherapist, Catherine wants to understand everything that makes you special: your strengths, your goals, values, and motivations. She hopes to support you and your family around any behaviour change goals. This may include increasing self-esteem, self-confidence, self-regulation and psychological flexibility.

Catherine hopes to support you in clarifying values, determining meaningful goals, and committing to action. She can provide education and guidance around skill-building, mindful practices, and incorporate your interests during the session.
