Shuhan You is an Instructor Therapist with the Sparkling Seeds ABA program. She holds a Master of Education in Developmental Psychology & Education from the University of Toronto, OISE, and a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of British Columbia. With a strong academic foundation in psychology and applied behaviour analysis (ABA), Shuhan specializes in supporting the development of children and adolescents by targeting social, communication, and self-regulation skills through data-driven interventions.

Shuhan has extensive experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. She utilizes evidence-based methods and behaviour modification, delivering both 1:1 and group sessions across various settings.

Dedicated to building strong relationships, Shuhan focuses on pairing, engagement, and rapport with clients and their families. She prioritizes mind training, reducing challenging behaviours, and facilitating skill acquisition. She incorporates attachment theory to interpret behavioural patterns and supports parents in creating nurturing and supportive home environments.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Shuhan is currently pursuing Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification. She is deeply committed to helping children achieve meaningful and lasting developmental progress.
