Abby has extensive experience working with children aged 3 to 19, both boys and girls, from diverse cultural backgrounds and with varying personalities and behavioural challenges. She enjoys exploring their worlds and tailoring her teaching style to fit their unique characters. Abby loves using positive reinforcement to encourage and motivate them, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Abby hopes to help autistic students explore their potential, develop self-reliance, learning abilities, self-efficacy, and resilience. Abby believes this is a shared goal for every ASD family. By practicing skills in communication, social interaction, organization, motor coordination, abstract thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking, she aims to gradually guide children toward independence.

Abby is honoured to have the opportunity to work with autistic students aged 3 to 19, from diverse cultural backgrounds and with various needs. She helps students achieve their goals by using natural environment teaching and student-centered methods. Abby excels at identifying each student’s interests and passions, creating personalized learning plans, and using gamification techniques to keep them engaged and motivated. She has successfully supported children and teenagers in improving their academic, social, daily living skills, motor coordination, and functional communication abilities.

Abby cherishes every moment of growing alongside the children. Providing scaffolding support and watching them grow always gives her valuable insights and reflections, as if she is re-nurturing herself.
